EnvironmentOur environmental policy is as simple as it is direct: to do everything possible to reduce our “footprint” on the environment, measuring our impact and putting in place all the economic and socially sustainable actions aimed at reducing it in the short, medium and long term. Precisely for this reason we intervene on different regulations, which surround all the activities that the winery puts in place, from the vineyard, to the bottle delivered to our winelover destination. Air, Water, Soil, Vineyard, Energy, Materials, Biodiversity are not just words, but variables taken into consideration as an integrated part of the actions carried out by common municipality: the minor impact on the environment. All this is “daily bread” for Firriato, where all our employees, from the countryside to the cellar, passing through the commercial and administrative sectors are and always feel an active part.

Firriato has instead chosen to act on the entire production process, extending this “perimeter”, not to the single wine, but to everything that is between the vineyard and the bottle, independent of the wine, whether sparkling, red or white.
